came 'light power' up to West Chicago to take
a UP coal train down to the Will County plant.
The J units would be needed on the Romeoville
Branch due to having the environmental equipment
necessary to operate on the branch. The UP power
is along for the ride to Joliet, which is the
way it should be. |

Romeoville Branch to the plant. |
